On his path to complete recovery, the Slovenian striker Robert Berić, currently seconded to St. Etienne's B-squad, was the only striker for his team in the match against FC Bourgoin-Jallieu, which ended in a draw. This must have been a very important turning point in the attacker's recovery, although Berić himself stayed calm and let his teammates celebrate instead. After the anterior cruciate ligament injury last November, which was caused by Jordan Fierris tackling in the match against Lyon, Berić is finally on his way to the top again.
